FOOTBALL CLUB
Fostering a positive culture that promotes respect, enjoyment, motivation and positivity is essential at Royale West FC. We want children to be challenged technically, socially, physically and psychologically.
Our coaches are only hired if they can deliver on this ethos - and in turn, our club provides them with continuous training to develop their skills both on and off the pitch.
We want to champion our coaches, open doors for them too, and help them succeed in their footballing ambitions as much as we want this for our players.
We started in July 2025 accepting boys and girls of all abilities. Our first ever team was then quickly introduced into the Hanham Minor League for September 2025. Our vision is to have multiple boys teams in every age group in both the Hanham Minor League and Avon Youth League, and multiple girls teams in every age group in the Bristol Girls' League.
We currently play our home games at Netham Park, Bristol, and train at Oasis Academy Brislington on Monday evenings. For the 2025/2026 academic school year, we are actively accepting Receptions, Year 1s, Year 2s, Year 3s and Year 4s. We are shortly launching our Year 5 and Year 6 teams - so please get in touch if you are interested so that we can inform you when we launch them. First 3 training sessions are free.
If your child is a goalkeeper, we offer specialist goalkeeper training at no extra cost and as part of your subscription at the club.
