WORK WITH US

Royale West FC was created to provide youth footballers in Bristol with access to great coaching and opportunities.

To provide this, we are looking for great people to come and work with us to achieve our ambitions. Your qualifications and experience are not as important to us as who you are - we want people who are motivated to learn, passionate about development, honest and integral in how they operate and care for the work they do.

In turn, we want to develop people who want to work in football. We offer our own coaching courses and can pay for your FA qualifications. Our courses are designed to provide you with the detail and the platform to succeed - whether that is as a coach or a scout.

As you develop, we want to outline a roadmap for where you want to be. As a new club, there is certainly room for an individual to bring their ideas to life, to be part of something we hope will be ground-breaking, as well as take on additional paid opportunities, such as having a development/B-team that is training-only until ready for matches, working at our holiday football club camps, or building your own 1-2-1 coaching business using the resources at the club, or even opening doors for your future opportunities with clubs.

We are currently seeking Lead Coaches for both our Grassroots and Elite programs, but encourage you to apply if you have an interest in working for us even if you do not meet the immediate criteria - if we like you, there's every chance we will take you on.

Please note that we offer both paid and voluntary roles. All Lead positions are paid and are at competitive rates, and are paid if you are on holiday, sick, or we are off-season. Voluntary roles are only available for coaches who are developing and supporting lead coaches.
